Daniel is a gifted young piano student with his sights set on Juilliard and an international career. Daniel is a loner who lives with his mother and his father, also a talented pianist, committed suicide when Daniel was a young boy. When he meets Sofie, another young music student, Daniel's life opens up and becomes about something more than just his music. But as his affection grows, so does an all-consuming jealousy which begins to rip him apart and expose the pent-up rage that has always been simmering beneath. His suspicions overwhelm him and a dangerous side of Daniel's personality becomes full-blown.
