About the Director
Raised on Long Island, Matthew Watts received his MFA in Film from Columbia University in October 2008, where he completed his thesis film Christopher Dispossessed. Since 2004, Matthew has directed and produced seven short films and numerous videos and commercials. In Fall 2008, his spec commercial Anger Issues was featured in Shots Magazine's New Directors Showcase. Currently, Matthew is a Producer on A&E's The First 48. He and his partner, Amy Higgins, are developing the feature length version of Christopher Dispossessed.
